Q – How can I get advice on which product best suits me?
A – You can either contact us through Facebook or by email at sales@blackislebeds.co.uk. If you would prefer to discuss it over the phone then call us on 01463 250528 or send us your number and we will call you at time that is convenient for you.
 
Q – When will my order be delivered?
A – Most orders are delivered direct from the factory to your home. You will be contacted in advance by the delivery company to arrange the delivery and for them to explain the service to you. If your delivery is coming to the shop first then we will call you once it arrives to arrange a suitable day to deliver it to your home.
 
Q – How much does delivery cost?
A – All deliveries on the UK mainland are free. If you live in Ireland or on an Island please message us and we will let you know if there is an addition cost for delivery to your home.
 
Q – Can I collect my order?
A – Unfortunately the manufacturing factories do not have access for customers but if you want to collect from a courier depot then message us and we will arrange it. You are very welcome to collect your order from our shop at 5 Harbour Road in Inverness.
 
Q – Can I change my order after it has been placed?
A – All of our beds and mattresses are custom made for your order. If you want to change your mind and change the mattress that you have ordered then we will be able to amend orders in the first 3 days after being placed. If you wish to change the order for a bedstead we will contact the factory immediately to try to amend their production. When we are successful your order will be changed – this will usually have to be within 7 days of placing the order. Please note that changing orders may lengthen the delivery time of your order.
